As President of FC Associates, Frank creates and manages exclusive thought leadership forums for influential experts in specialized areas of practice and business. He also assists professional and trade organizations in developing strategies that maximize member engagement and marketplace awareness.

Prior to forming FC Associates, Frank spent more than 30 years with CPA Canada and its legacy organization (CICA), supporting members and the broader business and government communities by leading the development and delivery of innovative professional development programming in a number of practice and employment disciplines. These areas included indirect tax, income tax, technology, forensic accounting and corporate finance, and public sector accounting. Frank was instrumental in developing credential opportunities for members in specialized areas, in conjunction with international partners at the American Institute of Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA) and the Institute for Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).

Frank was the first recipient of the Norman Guerin Award in 1995, for his contributions to the advancement of commodity tax studies.
