Frank D’Andrea

Frank D’Andrea is currently working as the Vice President Regulatory Affairs at Hydro One.  Since April 2015, he has also held the role of Chief Risk Officer.

 

Frank oversees all regulatory affairs related to the effective execution of the Company’s major transmission and distribution rate applications.  Frank also has accountability over the Corporation’s enterprise risk management (ERM) program, including the development of risk management policies, frameworks and processes. Further, Frank is accountable for the Company’s major outsourcing agreements. 

 

Frank is a member of the Canadian Electricity Association’s (CEA) Risk Committee, the Conference Board of Canada’s Strategic Risk Committee (SRM) and Deloitte’s Power & Utilities ERM Roundtable.  Frank is also a member of the Board for the Centre for Outsourcing Research and Education (CORE).

 

Frank gained his prior audit working experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers before joining Hydro One, where he managed a number of audit engagements in the utilities, financial services and natural resources industries.
