Mathieu Trudeau

Mathieu Trudeau is a senior manager at Ernst & Young and has over 8 years of financial reporting experience working with a portfolio of Canadian and US-listed companies. Mathieu’s public company experience involves directing tax and IT teams in delivering services to clients, advising clients on complex accounting issues as well as working directly with Audit Committees. Mathieu mostly works in the retail, technology, media, and entertainment industries, and he has extensive experience with public company reporting requirements, as well as with CPAB inspections. He has in-depth knowledge of technical financial reporting under both IFRS and US GAAP, including leading IFRS and US GAAP conversion engagements. Mathieu is also an audit quality reviewer as part of EY’s internal quality review inspections team.
