Ray Lavitt

Ray is the principal in rml Advisory Services Inc. and the general manager, Shared Services, at Saint Elizabeth Services Trust. Ray has held a number of senior executive positions, including president & CEO at the Centre for Outsourcing Research & Education (CORE); vice-president, Outsourcing and Strategic Sourcing at CIBC; president & CEO at PricewaterhouseCoopers BPO Solutions 2000 Inc.; and vice-president and general manager, Ontario at IBM Global Services.

Ray has a breadth of practical experience in outsourcing and shared services and has delivered more than 1500 days of outsourcing/shared services education in classes in Canada, the U.S., Europe and Asia.
