Budgeting and cash flow projections in not-for-profit organizations
Strategic planning is a critical skill for not-for-profit leaders. The ability to plan with foresight is what helps determine where your organization is today, where it could be in the future—and how to bring that vision to life.
In this online course, you will learn about the budgeting process for charities and not-for-profit organizations. This includes best practices in budget creation and monitoring, differences in the budgeting process in small and large organizations, and special purpose budgets, such as cash flow, capital and in-kind.
You will also have the opportunity to evaluate and review a budget given a scenario.
Note: This course can be taken individually or as a part of Not-for-Profit Certificate II: Managing Strategy and Risk.
