Management of risk in not-for-profit organizations

In this online course, you will learn about the risk management process for charities and not-for-profit organizations. This includes best practices in the proactive development and implementation of a risk framework to help your NFP organization, regardless of size or focus, manage its risk and prevent problems before they occur.
You will also have the opportunity to evaluate your role in risk identification, assessment and management, as well as study the latest insights on crisis management.
